Abiding by our terms and conditions is the foremost step towards availing our non-negotiable services.

To manage identities, it is mandatory and obliging upon every customer to submit an authentic identity proof during check-in.
To avoid suffering from the incidences of room unavailability during peak season, it is our due advice to the customer to make early bookings.
Post the submission of the booking request, the customer is required to make an advance payment to confirm the further process.
The customer will not be subjected to any refund if he fails to show up on the date of arrival without any prior notice.
If the customer seeks to cancel his confirmed booking, a compensation charge will be levied on him by the authority which will be then determined on the basis of how early or late a cancellation request has been sent.
The standard check-in and check-out time is 12 pm.
Additional charges will be levied by the hotel if the customer fails to check-out before 1 p.m.
The customer will be obliged to pay the full amount for an additional day, if he/she fails to check-out by 1p.m.
